Hotel Elite **** Wellness & Pool - Caorle
1. Booking Confirmation
Payment of a 30% deposit of the total room stay amount by bank transfer or credit card.
Advance payment of the deposit equal to the total amount (100%) of the stay by bank transfer or credit card.
The rate includes insurance coverage: advance payment and insured deposit equal to the total amount of the stay.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Flexible Rate: 100% refund of the deposit paid for cancellations made within 14 days before arrival.
- Non-Refundable Rate: The 100% deposit paid will be retained in all cases.
- BeSafe Rate Plus: Guarantees reimbursement up to 100% for documented reasons according to the insurance policy.
Please note: In case of delayed arrivals or early departures, the full amount of the reserved stay will be charged.
3. Opening Hours
🕒 Check-in: from 1:00 PM
🔑 Check-out: by 10:00 AM
4. Wellness & Shiatsu
Duration: 50 minutes
Treatments are available upon request and subject to availability. Shiatsu stimulates and balances energy through natural pressure techniques, promoting relaxation and inner harmony.
5. Privacy and Security (GDPR)
Personal data (EU Regulation 679/2016) is processed for booking purposes, public security obligations (Art. 109 R.D. 773/1931) and tax requirements.
